Exterior Cleaning Built for Corona's Sun, Dust, and Hard Water

Corona sits right at the mouth of the canyon, in a climate that stays hot and dry for most of the year. That means a steady load of dust and road film settling on glass, solar panels, and flatwork, and when the Santa Anas kick up, they drive grit onto every surface facing the wind. Poured-concrete driveways, walkways, and rear patios are the local standard here, and they gray over from oil under the parking spot, wind-driven dust, and dry-season ash blowing off the nearby foothills.
We clean all of it, and we wash that concrete back to where it should be. Hard water spotting from sprinkler overspray is the biggest glass and flatwork staining problem in this area, and we know how to tackle it, with a clear read on the results before we start.
We clean windows, solar panels, driveways and concrete, and tile roofs for Corona homes and businesses, and it’s the same owner-operated crew on every one. Call (951) 212-5214 and we’ll give you a real price on your Corona property.
Exterior Cleaning Services for Corona Homes and Businesses
Residential Pressure Washing
Here’s what we clean at Corona homes:
- Residential Window Cleaning. Interior and exterior home glass cleaned with deionized water through a water-fed pole for a spot-free finish, with screens and tracks included. Covered in depth on its own page; it’s listed here as part of the full menu.
- Solar Panel Cleaning. Cleaned with deionized water and a panel-safe pad, so nothing abrasive touches the cell surface and the panels dry without spotting. Every job filmed before and after. We recommend a clean every four to six months in a region this dusty.
- Concrete Cleaning. Driveways, walkways, patios, and slabs, cleaned with a rotary surface cleaner for an even pass instead of the striping you get from freehand wand work.
- Driveway Cleaning. The same flatwork method, with a dedicated pre-treatment worked into the oil and deep staining under parking positions before the wash.
- Roof Cleaning. A soft-wash treatment that lifts algae and moss off tile roofs, not a pressure blast.
In the canyon-edge neighborhoods that back into the foothills, wind-driven dust and dry-season ash gray poured-concrete flatwork faster than in the more sheltered valley tracts. If your surfaces come back quickly, recurring solar and glass customers can book a quarterly or semiannual visit at 10% off each time; see Service Plans below.
Commercial Pressure Washing
We handle recurring commercial exterior cleaning, coordinated around how your business actually runs:
- Commercial Window Cleaning. Interior and exterior commercial glass, no screens, so the pass is the pane plus the frame, sill, and track. Contracted and invoiced per location on net-30 terms.
- Storefront Cleaning. Recurring street-level glass on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly cadence, priced per pane with a $100 minimum per visit.
We work with businesses and facilities such as retail storefronts, independent shops, multi-location offices, and municipal and government buildings, including community and recreation centers. We coordinate scheduling directly with whoever runs the site and work around occupied rooms and business hours, with before-open and after-hours visits on request. We bring our own water where a site has none, and we provide certificate of insurance and license documentation on request.
Why Corona Homeowners Choose Us
A handful of things set the work apart, and none of them are complicated.

You Deal With the Owner, Start to Finish
When you call, you’re talking to the owner. He quotes your job and he’s the one who shows up and does it. There’s no crew rotation, no handoff to somebody you never spoke to. The person accountable for the result is the person holding the squeegee.

Deionized Water for a Spot-Free Finish, or By Hand If You Prefer
We clean glass and solar with deionized water fed through a carbon-fiber water-fed pole. Because that water carries no minerals, it dries without leaving a single spot. Prefer the traditional approach? Just say so, and we’ll clean your windows by mop and squeegee at no extra charge.

Every Solar Job Documented on Video
We film your panels before we touch them, and again once they’re dry, then send you both. A still photo can hide a dirty panel; video up close can’t. Customers tell us nobody else does this, and it’s how you know exactly what you paid for.

Screens and Tracks Included, Not Add-Ons
Screens come off, run through our screen cleaner, and go back where they came from. Frames, sills, and the tracks underneath get cleaned too. None of that is an upcharge. It’s simply part of cleaning your windows properly.

Honest Pane-Count Pricing
We price by the pane, not by the window, because one window can hold a single pane or four. Charge a flat rate per window and you overpay for the small ones. And if a pane is genuinely tiny, we usually just do it for free.

A Price on the First Call
Tell us your pane count or panel count, or just give us the address, and you’ll have a real price before we hang up. We measure remotely from satellite imagery and cross-check more than one source. No waiting on a callback, and no site visit unless the job genuinely needs one.

How Our Corona Pressure Washing Works
Every job runs the same way, whether it’s a driveway, a roof, or a full home of glass: a real price up front, a clean pass, and video on the work where it matters.
STEP
Reach Out and Get a Price
Call, text, email, or use the website form. Calls go to the owner directly. Give us your counts or just your address, and for flatwork we measure the square footage remotely from satellite imagery, so you get a real price in the first conversation.
STEP
We Schedule Around You
We book the visit and send a confirmation call or text before your service day. For commercial properties we come out and walk the site first, since building layout and interior glass don’t read reliably from satellite.
STEP
We Set Up and Protect the Area
On arrival we greet you, locate an outside water source, and connect our equipment. Anything sitting in the work area gets moved clear and set where it won’t be wetted or damaged, at no charge.
STEP
We Clean the Surface
On Corona’s dust-heavy flatwork, a rotary surface cleaner on our gas pressure washer delivers an even pass across the concrete rather than the striping that comes from freehand washing. Oil and deep stains get a dedicated pre-treatment first. Glass and solar are cleaned with deionized water through the XERO water-fed pole and, on solar, a Tucker Alpha Scrubber with a panel-safe pad; tile roofs get a concentrated sodium hypochlorite soft wash with a roughly twenty-minute dwell, then a rinse.
STEP
We Check It and Send the Video
We walk the finished work for anything missed and redo it where needed. On solar and concrete jobs, we film before and after and send you both. We leave a business card, and if you’re happy with the result, we’d appreciate a review.
Corona Pressure Washing Pricing
We price transparently and give real numbers on the first call. Flatwork is measured remotely from your address, glass is priced by the pane, and solar by the panel. We’re not the cheapest quote and don’t try to be; we price for the quality of the work.
- $0.25 per square foot, $100 minimum for concrete and driveway flatwork, measured remotely from the address. It steps down toward $0.20 on larger areas, and most jobs land between $100 and $300.
- $7.50 per solar panel, $100 minimum for solar cleaning, billed on the verified panel count from the pre-work video rather than the phone estimate. Most jobs run $100 to $300.
- $7.50 per window pane, exterior only for residential window cleaning, exterior.
- $12.50 per window pane, inside and out for residential window cleaning inside and out, a genuine per-pane saving over booking each side separately.
- $149 minimum, with most homes landing between $150 and $300 for residential window cleaning.
- Typically $400 to $700 for tile roof cleaning, driven by roof square footage and home size, with heavy moss pushing it higher.
- Commercial glass: priced per window pane and contracted at a set price per location, with a $100 minimum per visit; the more often we come, the lower the per-visit cost. Commercial work is quoted after an on-site walkthrough and then contracted, so the residential per-pane card above is not the commercial rate.
Ways to save:
- $100 off roof cleaning, a standing offer.
- $50 referral credit on referred jobs over $300.
- 10% off each visit for recurring customers on a quarterly or semiannual cycle; see Service Plans.
- A multi-service bundle discount when two or more services are booked together.
Recurring Service Plans
Recurring service keeps Corona’s dust, road film, and hard water from building back up between visits. It’s the strongest fit for solar owners, who we recommend clean every four to six months. Residential recurring customers get 10% off each visit on a quarterly or semiannual cadence, booked as far ahead as you want your dates.
- Quarterly. Come back every three months and we take 10% off each visit.
- Semiannual. Twice a year, 10% off every visit, and we book your dates as far ahead as you want them.
- Commercial. Businesses can run weekly, biweekly, or monthly, with the per-visit cost dropping as frequency rises.
Our Corona Exterior Cleaning Guarantees
100% Satisfaction, or We Don't Charge for What We Can't Fix
We guarantee you’re satisfied. If we’ve missed something, we come back and fix it. If it’s something we genuinely can’t fix, a pane with hard water etched into it, a stain that won’t lift, then we don’t charge you for that work. We’re not comfortable taking your money for a result you’re not happy with.
Honest Panel Count on Every Solar Job
We video your array before we start and bill you for the panels that are actually up there. If you’ve got fewer than you told us, your price comes down. If you’ve got more, we tell you before we start, not after.
Licensed and Insured, $2 Million in Coverage
We’re licensed and carry $2 million in general liability coverage, with a certificate available on request; commercial and municipal clients get it as a matter of course. We are not certified by any industry body and don’t claim to be.
What Corona Customers Say
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you give me a price without coming to my property?
Yes, that’s the normal way we do it. Give us your pane count, panel count, or measured area, or just your address, and we measure remotely from satellite imagery, cross-checking more than one source. You get a real price on the call. For commercial properties, we come out and walk it first.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free, and for most residential jobs you get one right on the phone without waiting for a visit.
Are the products you use safe?
Glass and solar are cleaned with deionized water, essentially purified water and a soft brush with almost no chemistry. Roof cleaning uses a sodium hypochlorite soft-wash solution, and driveways may need a targeted pre-treatment for oil.
Will walking my tile roof crack the tiles?
No. Roof cleaning is soft-wash work, not pressure blasting. Tile is walked with technique built up over several years of doing it, placing weight where the tile carries it so nothing cracks underfoot. If we can’t walk the whole roof safely, we won’t take the job. Our roof cleaning experience is on tile, which is what most homes here have.
How often do solar panels really need cleaning?
Every four to six months in this region, which is when dust buildup starts to cost you measurable output. We won’t quote you a performance number, though. We don’t have access to your system’s output data, so promising a percentage would be a guess. What we guarantee is panels that come back spotless and dry, documented on video.
Can you get hard water spots off my glass?
In most cases, yes, and we’ll give you a straight read before we start. Hard water spotting from sprinkler overspray is the one thing we can’t always promise to remove; the minerals etch into the glass over time. We’ll tell you honestly what we think we can get out before we start, and if a pane doesn’t come out looking right, we don’t charge you for it.
Will pressure washing get every stain out of my driveway?
We treat oil and deep staining on driveways with a dedicated pre-treatment before we wash. It lifts a lot of what’s there. What it won’t always do is take an old, soaked-in stain all the way out, and we’d rather say that up front than surprise you.
Do I need to be home during the service?
For exterior work, no; we just need the side gate unlocked. For interior window cleaning we’d rather someone was home, since we’ll be inside your house.
Do you bring your own water?
We normally connect to an outside spigot at the property. If there’s no water available, which happens at some commercial sites, we bring our own.
