Cleaner Windows for Ontario Homes, New Builds and Established Alike

Ontario runs hot and dry most of the year, with long dusty summers, low rainfall, and wind that carries a steady load of grit. The city also sits under the flight paths and freight corridor of Ontario International Airport, so jet exhaust and truck film settle onto glass alongside the everyday road film, and sprinkler overspray adds hard water spotting that etches into the lower panes over time. Between the dry air, the airport corridor, and the overspray, glass here rarely stays clear on its own for long.
We are set up to clean exactly that, taking off the settled film and road grime and working the hard water spotting on the lower panes for everything it will give up. The city’s homes split two ways and we handle both, from the tall two and three-story picture glass on the newer south-side builds to the smaller windows on the older single-story homes up north. New builds still wearing their fresh-construction film are work we do too.

Window Cleaning for Ontario Homes and Businesses
Most of our Ontario work is residential, with a steady commercial side. We can handle commercial glass such as retail storefronts, offices, and municipal buildings. The same crew standards apply on both; the scheduling is what changes.

Residential Window Cleaning
On a home, we cover:
- Interior and exterior window cleaning, priced by the pane
- Screen removal, twin-brush screen cleaning, and reinstallation
- Track and sill cleaning under every opening
- Hard water spot work on lower panes and sliding glass doors
- French-pane and storm-window handling
- Fresh-construction film removal on new-build glass
Exterior glass is cleaned with deionized water through a carbon-fiber water-fed pole, so it dries spot-free with no minerals left behind. Prefer the traditional approach, or have older or fragile glass? We will clean it by mop and squeegee at no penalty. Interior work covers the glass, frames, sills, and tracks. On the hard water spotting that sprinkler overspray etches into the lower panes, we tell you up front what we expect to lift, and if a pane doesn’t come out looking right, you don’t pay for it. Many homeowners here settle into a quarterly or twice-a-year rhythm at 10% off each visit (see Service Plans below).
Commercial Window Cleaning
For businesses, we can serve property types such as:
- Retail storefronts and independent shops, such as those along the Euclid Avenue downtown core
- Multi-location office premises on a recurring cadence
- Municipal and government facilities, including community and recreation centers
- Office buildings
Commercial glass is glass, frames, sills, and tracks with no screens, scheduled directly with the owner or property manager around occupied rooms and customers, before-open or after-hours on request. Multi-location accounts are contracted per location on net-30 terms, we bring our own water where a site has none, and we are fully insured with certificate of insurance, license documentation, and city-specific business licensing provided wherever a municipal contract requires it. Your glass will look sharp. The exception is hard water staining, if the panes have mineral spotting etched in, we’ll be straight with you about what’s realistic before we quote it.
The Window Types We Clean in Ontario
We clean every common window type across Ontario’s homes, from the tall picture glass on the newer south-side builds to the smaller, older windows in the established north-side neighborhoods.

Standard Two-Pane Slider Windows
We clean both panes inside and out, take the shared screen off first and run it through our screen cleaner, then clean the sill and the track underneath before the screen goes back. Exterior glass is done with deionized water through a water-fed pole so it dries without a single spot. It is the window we see most often on Ontario homes, so it is the one we clean most.

Single-Pane Small Windows
Small bathroom-style single-pane windows get the same inside-and-out clean as everything else on the house, screen, sill, and track included.

French-Pane Windows
French-pane windows are cleaned pane by pane so every small section comes out clear. They take more time, so they are quoted a little higher.

Storm Windows
Storm windows take extra handling. We clean the storm layer and the primary glass behind it, then reinstall without stressing the frame.

Sliding Glass Doors
We clean both sides of sliding glass doors and detail the tracks they ride in. These catch a lot of sprinkler overspray down low, so hard water spot work is often part of the job.

Oversized Picture Windows
Large picture windows are mostly glass, so the work is an even, streak-free finish across the whole pane. The tall ones that rise across two and three stories are exactly where the reach of the water-fed pole earns its keep.

Antique / Older Glass
Older and antique glass gets a careful hand. We can clean it the traditional way with a mop and squeegee rather than the pure-water system when that is the safer choice for fragile glass.
Why Ontario Homeowners Choose Us
A few things show up again and again in what our customers tell us. They are the standards we hold on every job.

You Get the Owner, Start to Finish
When you call Squeegee Guys, you’re talking to Fabian. He quotes your job, and he’s the one who shows up and does it. There’s no crew rotation and no handoff — the person accountable for the result is the person holding the squeegee.

Deionized Water for a Spot-Free Finish, or By Hand If You Prefer
We clean glass and solar with deionized water through a carbon-fiber water-fed pole. Because the water carries no minerals, it dries without leaving a single spot. And if you’ve had a bad experience with a pure-water system before, just say so — we’ll do your windows the traditional way, by mop and squeegee, at no penalty.

Screens and Tracks Included, Not Add-Ons
Screens come off, get run through our screen cleaner, and go back on. Tracks and sills get cleaned too. None of that is an upcharge — it’s simply part of cleaning your windows properly.

Honest Pane-Count Pricing
We price by the pane, not by the window, because a window can hold one pane or four. Charging a flat rate per window means you overpay for the small ones. And if a pane is genuinely tiny, we usually just do it for free.

A Price on the First Call
Tell us your pane count or panel count, or just give us the address, and you’ll have a real price before we hang up. We measure remotely from satellite imagery and cross-check more than one source. No waiting on a callback, and no site visit unless the job genuinely needs one.

STEP
Reach Out and Get a Price
Call, text, email, or use the website form; calls go to the owner directly. Give us your pane count and whether you want interior glass as well as exterior, and you get a real price in the same conversation.
STEP
Remote Measurement If You Don't Have Counts
Don’t have your pane count? Your address is enough. We measure it from satellite imagery, cross-checked against more than one source so the number is right before you ever hear a price.
STEP
Scheduling and Confirmation
We schedule your service and send a confirmation by call or text a few days ahead. Recurring customers can book their dates as far out as they want them.
STEP
Arrival and the Cleaning Pass
We arrive five to ten minutes early and check in at the door. Screens come off first and are kept in order so each goes back where it came from. We connect the deionization resin tank to your outside spigot and feed it through the XERO carbon-fiber water-fed pole, working the boar’s-hair brush across each pane and rinsing in one pass so it dries spot-free. Any pane the pole can’t reach, or one you would rather we did by hand, gets the traditional mop and squeegee. On the taller south-side homes we reach the second and third-story glass with the water-fed pole, and where airport-corridor film has built up we add a soap pass before the rinse.
STEP
Interior, Screens, and Reset
Interior glass, frames, sills, and tracks are cleaned with a spray bottle of diluted soap rather than a bucket. Screens run through the twin-brush screen cleaner, then get dried and reinstalled. We clear our equipment and put back anything we moved.
STEP
Final Walkthrough
Before we call the job done, we walk every pane ourselves and then invite you to walk it with us. If anything needs another pass, we take care of it on the spot, so you sign off only on glass you are happy with.
Ontario Window Cleaning Pricing
Here is the rate card, in plain numbers. Give us your pane count or your address and you get a firm price on the first call, free, with no surprises added later.
- $12.50 per window pane, inside and out — the bundled inside-and-out rate, which works out cheaper per side than doing exterior alone.
- $7.50 per window pane, exterior only — exterior glass on its own.
- $149 minimum, with most homes landing between $150 and $300 — larger homes with more glass run higher by pane count.
- Priced per window pane and contracted at a set price per location, with a $100 minimum per visit — the more often we come, the lower the per-visit cost — for commercial glass, quoted after an on-site walkthrough. The residential per-pane rate is not the commercial rate.
Discounts we run:
- 15% off each visit for recurring customers on a quarterly or 10% for semiannual cycle.
- Referral credit on qualifying referred jobs.
- Multi-service bundle discount when you combine services.
Recurring Service Plans to Keep Your Glass Clear
A recurring schedule keeps your glass clear between visits. Pick the rhythm that fits:
- Quarterly — every three months, booked as far ahead as you want for 15% discount.
- Semiannual — twice a year, booked as far ahead as you want for 10% discount.
- Commercial — weekly, biweekly, or monthly, with the per-visit cost dropping as the frequency rises.
Whichever cadence you pick, you get the same crew standards and the same satisfaction guarantee on every single visit.
Our Window Cleaning Guarantees
100% Satisfaction, or We Don't Charge for What We Can't Fix
We guarantee you’re satisfied. If we’ve missed something, we come back and fix it. If it’s something we genuinely can’t fix, a pane with hard water etched into it, a stain that won’t lift, then we don’t charge you for that work. We’re not comfortable taking your money for a result you’re not happy with.
Straight Talk Before We Start
On hard water spotting, you get an honest read before any work begins. We look at the panes, tell you how much of the mineral etching we expect to lift, and set the expectation straight so the result matches what we told you. That candid assessment up front is how you know the price you’re quoted is the price for work we can stand behind.
Fully Insured, $2 Million in Coverage
We’re licensed and carry $2 million in general liability coverage. Certificate available on request, and commercial and municipal clients get it as a matter of course.
