On Norco’s larger equestrian lots we run a long hose from a single spigot to reach glass across a sprawling single-story footprint, so the whole home gets done in one visit.

Screens are run through the twin-brush cleaner, dried, and reinstalled, and interior glass, frames, sills, and tracks are detailed to finish. We put back anything we moved, walk every pane with a rag on hand for touch-ups, and invite you to walk it with us before we call it done.

We price by the window pane, not the window, so you pay for the glass you actually have. Bundling inside and out is a genuine per-pane saving, and you get a real number on the first call.
- $12.50 per window pane, inside and out: the bundled rate for interior and exterior together, and the better value per pane.
- $7.50 per window pane, exterior only: when you want the outside done on its own.
- $149 minimum, with most homes landing between $150 and $300: larger homes with more glass run higher by pane count.
Genuinely tiny panes are often cleaned at no charge, and French-pane windows are quoted a little higher for the added time. Commercial and storefront glass is quoted per pane after a walkthrough and contracted per location, with a $100 minimum per visit and the per-visit cost dropping the more often we come.
